We are not responsible for content on external sites.

2.3 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide the highest quality education, Rightway Academy does not guarantee specific academic results, admission to any institution, or employment outcomes. Academic success depends on the student's own effort, dedication and circumstances.

• Users must provide accurate information when enrolling or taking MCQ tests
• Users must not share, reproduce, or commercialize our original content without written permission
• Users must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or attack our platform — violations are prosecutable under PECA 2016
• Users must be respectful in all WhatsApp groups and communications
• Users must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose under Pakistani law
• Students under 18 require parental consent to register

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on Rightway Academy — including course guides, blog posts, MCQ question banks, and website design — is the intellectual property of Muhammad Touseef / Rightway Academy, protected under Pakistani copyright law.

PTB textbooks are the property of Punjab Textbook Board, Government of Punjab. We only provide links to official PTB and authorized platforms — we do not host copyrighted books ourselves.

5. MCQ Test & Data

When students take MCQ tests on our platform, their name, phone number, score, and test date are collected and stored in our Google Sheets database for academic tracking. This data is used only for educational monitoring and is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. AFNS & AMC Information

Information about AFNS and AMC programs on our website is for guidance only. All official eligibility criteria, admission dates, and application procedures are determined solely by the Pakistan Army (joinpakarmy.gov.pk) and NUMS. We are not affiliated with the Pakistan Army. Students must verify all details at joinpakarmy.gov.pk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Rightway Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or reliance on our educational content.
